I don't think there is an official one each NEET probably has his own memes he uses as a mascot. I personally like comfy pepe as my mascot because he reflects how I feel in a good mood and his smugness towards wagies in their cagies and university cucks wasting their time and money in NPC brainwashing institutions. when I'm depressed I will probably post L. Lawliet or Tatsuhiro Satou.

I personally like Satou because he goes through everything that happens to neets but I'm more like Yamazaki personally.

I think Gaston LaGaffe/Guust Flater/Gomer Goof is the perfect mascot for Belgian NEETs.
