This website has enough interactions with other neets, if you put them in a enclosed space loke that then it would be a mess or too quiet because most of us don't talk much
If you want a discord without this and that you should go look for some community surrounding hobbies you enjoy. A couple of them are bound to not be completely filled with normalfags. I don't mingle with communities like that though which is why I go to all the small textboards I can find.
If you just want to talk to people now and then without commitment and too much judgement then small anonymous communities already exist. No spyware needed.
I wish I knew the answer to that question. I just talk one on one.
