Is your room a complete mess, just like the hikikomori stereotype?

Had to clean mine up a week ago but even before that it wasn't clean but wasn't filthy. But I can see why it can become messy for people who don't give a shit.

Empty just like your soul.

Despite being hikki, no; my home is my sanctuary.

I'm a truNEET and my appartement is clean.

I'm too OCD to let my room get that messy. It definitely embodied the stereotype in my teenage years, though. Mouldy food and rubbish everywhere - in particular, dozens of Dr. Pepper bottles. And my mattress was disgusting. It was covered in food crumbs and dried cum (and had the contents of a bin poured over it once) and for some reason I slept on it without an oversheet. I think I was just lazy?

Yes. it looks like fucking hiroshima, with piss bottles! (Yes i unironically piss in a bottle when I'm on a nocturnal hacking marathon.)

No.11831

Nah, I keep it remarkably clean. I just really hate bugs.

nuhikki opinion. Long term hikkis who haven't killed themselves yet understand the importance of a clean room. Those who don't rarely last.

No.11850

sometimes yeah
patticularly because of my trash hovel because i usually don't feel like taking out the trash until i just force myself to do it like i just go "eh, it's fine, it can take a bit more" when i push my trash down

Based. If Kodokushi doesn't get you first the thoughtpolice will and take you to minifreud, and make your fears of the outside world even worse.

No.11927

My room is mostly clean with a little (non-organic) junk here and there. It used to be a literal junkyard with rotting foods and shit years ago.

Yes anon's apartment is messy af. Don't care much and sometimes i clean when the sink is full with used pots etc... never made it to the point of bugs living with me. Only those small fruit flies that indicate that it's time to take out the trash.

It's not a dysfunctional mess but the walls could use some wiping down
