wizchan is mostly too bitter, 4chan is too psyoped, other chans that pretend to be 'nice and comfy' are just that: there's nothing else to it, and sometimes you have the most venomous peoples there
Despite neet.moe's simple premise, it houses a nice balance between bitter, infantile, adept, amusing.
There is no pretense. I don't expect to get anything out of it, and that's what keeps me coming back.
