My cat was 1.5 years old when we adopted him from the shelter.

what kind of cat? :D
I recently had to give my munckin kitty a new home but those fucking paws were adorable

He’s neutered and is a house cat with a similar temperament to me so not much would change.
>>876
I don’t pet him that much. He’s usually besides me on the couch when I’m reading comics on my tablet.

yeah but it disappeared one day and never came back. probably just got stolen by a shitty brat/college student, if not then got hit by a car or whatever
>>897
if it ever came back would you let it in with open arms or be like "fuck you for leaving"
>>900
i'd let it back in but the fucker won't come back, it's been like 9 months or so since it disappeared
FUCK YEAH. I love my cat, Godzilla. She's a tortoiseshell, so she has a tsundere personality too. Whenever I look at the scratches and bitemarks covering my hands a warm smile creeps upon my face.
yeah she likes to hang around in the dirty sink drinking from the tap actual gremlin
My cat cant stand being left alone for five minutes, good thing I'm a hikikomori, he's on my lap as I'm writing this.

Mine's in my lap right now too. She loves company and what better than a hikikomori owner.
I used to have cats when I was a kid. They scratched the fuck out of me and now I'm worried I have toxoplasmosis and that's why I'm such a retard.
We have a budgie, but it's my little sister that takes care of it more than me. I'd like to have a pet of my own if I lived alone one day, like a cat or something, because I'm scared of dogs, but it doesn't matter because I could never do it. I already can't take care of myself, so I'd rather not try it with a pet and make them suffer because I didn't look after them well enough or something, it'd be cruel and I'd feel guilty.

And I don't know why that double-posted.

Now I'm intrigued by this - can all the failings of the neets here be blamed on puss? Are there any neets here who weren't exposed to a cat during childhood when their brains were undergoing crucial development?

You're not wrong, but vore porn is ubiquitous so having toxoplasmosis isn't a big deal. (toxoplasmosis alters the brains of mice to want to be eaten by larger animals)
I used to have a small Schnauzer dog (female) but she died after around 8 years. I'd like to have a pet again in the future but I don't feel like I'm ready yet so I'm trying to start small with a cactus plant. They are easy to take care of.
