What comprises a "perfect" imageboard to you?

A imageboard that people can say what they want as long is not any crime like CP or doxxing
SMALL userbase(this is absolutely a must). Large userbases have a tendency to be deplorável.

Avoiding normie social media improves your privacy a big timer, but it is not perfect, especially for non-NEETs, if you are in a government database that has your photo and a disgruntled client posts your info on an imageboard your pretty much fucked.
All it took was to remember a former quack's name, a quick internet search and I find her address and phone number and have her bombarded with pizza deliveries and prank calls.
